These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the oojl Casino platform operated at oojl.org. By registering an account or using any part of the oojl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

The creation of duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. oojl is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
2.5 Ineligible Persons. The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or hold an account with oojl:
3.1 Mandatory Verification. oojl is required to verify the identity of all users prior to permitting real-money deposits and withdrawals. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") — requires you to submit copies of valid government-issued Philippine identification documents, which may include:
3.2 Selfie Verification. In addition to documentary identification, oojl may require a real-time selfie or photograph matching the submitted identification document to confirm that the person submitting the document is the legitimate account holder.
3.3 Source of Funds. oojl reserves the right to request documentation establishing the source of funds deposited into your account in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations under applicable Philippine regulations.
3.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. Failure to complete KYC verification to oojl's satisfaction within a reasonable period will result in the restriction of deposit and withdrawal functions. Accounts that provide false or fraudulent identification documents will be permanently suspended and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oojl login credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify oojl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. oojl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use prior to receipt of such notification, where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
4.3 Account Transfer. Your oojl account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses held therein to any third party.
4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. oojl offers optional two-factor authentication ("2FA") using your registered Philippine mobile number. oojl strongly recommends enabling 2FA to protect your account against unauthorised access. Enabling or disabling 2FA does not alter your liability for any losses arising from failure to maintain account security.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. oojl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. oojl reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing any withdrawal, oojl may require that you have completed KYC verification, satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and have no outstanding disputes on your account.
5.5 Transaction Limits. oojl reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual accounts as a responsible gaming or security measure, with or without prior notice where required for regulatory compliance.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. oojl is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities under applicable anti-money laundering legislation. All financial transactions on the oojl platform are monitored. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. oojl may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements may vary.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. oojl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software to manipulate game outcomes, or engaging in coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.
6.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. oojl reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its reasonable discretion.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the oojl platform is governed by specific game rules accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.
7.2 RNG Certification. All oojl Casino games powered by a Random Number Generator ("RNG") are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are generated randomly and cannot be influenced or predicted by oojl, its employees, or any player.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects a game outcome or displays an incorrect result, oojl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the player's account. 7.4 Live Dealer Games. 10.2 Limited Licence. oojl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any oojl content.
10.3 Game Provider IP. Games available on the oojl platform are licensed from third-party game studios including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective game providers.
11.1 No Warranty. The oojl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. oojl makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the accuracy of game results, or the availability of any particular game at any time.
11.2 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oojl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. oojl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not oojl has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.4 Force Majeure. oojl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or cybersecurity incidents.
oojl collects, uses, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at oojl.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.
13.1 Right to Amend. oojl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material, oojl will provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory requirement.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the oojl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the oojl platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through oojl's internal complaints process by contacting oojl's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory authority of the Philippines.
14.3 Language. These Terms are drafted in English, which shall be the controlling language for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English version.
